On Sunday we had to do some thinning in our garden and nothing went to waste. Here ia a photo of our first home grown salad. The largest leaves are dandelion, the smallest light green ones are lettuce and the red and white stems are tiny radish plants. There is also arugula in there too. Delicious!I think Lizzie is going to particularly appreciate this posting.
