Frollicking in Frinton-On-Sea, Essex

Patrick sent me these images of their recent day trips to Frinton-On-Sea, Essex. They stayed with Annabel's parents in Colchester, Essex. When I asked him where was the beach he replied:

"The beach is the quintisential English town of Frinton-on-Sea. Essex. The town only got it's first pub in 1999 and most of the towns folk are wealthy white octagenarians. It's hey day was in the 1940s and they are all there in mind and spirit. You have to drink to survive it, or at least I do. I did my weekly rep theatre there in 1997. That is 6 plays in 7 weeks. One play a week, 16 hrs rehearsal for each one. Just as well there was no pub! I had a hoot."
